This vital leadership role requires managing the Quality Control function and assisting inspectors in both shop and field settings. You’ll craft effective Quality Management Plans, enforcing adherence to codes and QMS requirements through every stage of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality audits representing the company effectively

• Supervise Quality Inspectors to guarantee compliance

• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Plans for projects

• Ensure supplier and subcontractor quality standards are achieved

• Manage testing equipment calibration and oversee non-conformance issues

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in Quality Control roles

• Technical diploma or Journeyperson certification is essential

• Deep understanding of ASME and CSA standards

• Valid certifications in quality assurance and inspections

• Strong leadership qualities and team cooperation skills
