FGF Group Quality Control Technician

Location: North Peel Regional Municipality (Kleinburg)

Become a pivotal part of FGF Group as a Quality Control Technician, enhancing bakery product quality and safety. Lead quality initiatives to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.

In this role, you will monitor the execution of food safety programs, facilitate audits, and supervise a team to maintain high-quality standards in our bakery operations. Your ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions will greatly contribute to operational excellence and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Quality Assurance and continuous improvement programs

• Investigate and resolve quality and safety incidents

• Conduct training on GMP and HACCP compliance

• Maintain effective QA documentation

• Inspect production processes and machinery for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the food industry

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work flexible shifts as necessary
