Pacific International seeks a strategic FSQA Manager to work alongside the Director of FSQA and Regulatory Science in a high-volume manufacturing facility.

Your role will focus on elevating food safety measures and audit performance in a USDA and FDA-regulated environment, contributing to operational excellence and quality program maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute various regulatory audit processes

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams

• Develop and enhance SQF compliance and training programs

• Manage supplier approval and customer complaints

• Serve as an expert in food safety risk management

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of USDA and FDA regulations

• Certified SQF Practitioner and PCQI required

• Experience in food manufacturing in dual-regulated settings

• Proven history of audit leadership and certification maintenance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
