In your role as Quality Control Leader, you will guide the implementation of quality strategies across construction activities  supervising Quality Control Coordinators, you will ensure rigorous adherence to quality specifications and promote a strong quality culture. Your contributions will help drive the success of critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QC teams

• Schedule and monitor compliance with quality tasks

• Review and manage Non-Conformance Reports

• Ensure organized documentation of quality activities

• Collaborate with subcontractors for quality compliance

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of construction quality systems

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Experience in implementing Quality Control Plans

• Capability to assess and resolve technical issues

• Familiarity with construction management software
