LaPrairie Works Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Technologist to enhance highway maintenance quality across Alberta. Utilize your engineering knowledge to drive ISO
9001:2015 compliance.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, this role demands a Certified Engineering Technologist with hands-on experience in civil construction. You will lead quality audits, identify compliance gaps, and develop robust QA/QC systems to support highway maintenance operations in the Peace Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality management systems

• Execute internal audits for compliance verification

• Conduct training for staff on QA/QC protocols

• Report quality assurance findings and performance metrics

• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• CET diploma with practical civil infrastructure experience

• Minimum of five years in QA/QC-related roles

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards

• Experience supporting provincial or federal contracts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
