Quality Events Specialist at Agilent Technologies

Location: Cobequid Bay north shore (Springhill)

Become a pivotal Quality Events Specialist at Agilent Technologies in Windsor. Collaborate across functions to analyze manufacturing deviations and drive continuous improvement in biologics operations.

In this role, you will lead investigations and coordinate quality event records, identifying root causes and drafting effective CAPAs. You'll partner closely with teams from Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and MS&T, leveraging structured tools like RCA and 5-Why to enhance product and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations using RCA and other structured tools

• Assess deviations and contamination events for impacts

• Develop and document corrective actions (CAPAs) effectively

• Analyze trends to support process improvement initiatives

• Support change controls and technical documentation updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Biotechnology

• GMP manufacturing or quality experience in biologics

• Strong technical writing skills and cross-functional leadership

• Knowledge of RCA tools and investigation methodologies

• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with QMS systems preferred
