Location: Schumacher
Drive quality assurance efforts as a Quality Assurance Lead at Magris Talc in Timmins, Ontario. Collaborate with teams to ensure high standards of product quality and compliance.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Quality Manager and coordinate the Quality Management System, including audits and ISO compliance activities. Your analytical skills will facilitate effective problem-solving around customer complaints and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Quality Management System and documentation
• Manage audits and compliance with quality standards
• Act as primary contact for customer quality issues
• Support statistical analysis and corrective actions
• Facilitate quality meetings and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 3–5 years of quality management experience
• Understanding of ISO 9001 compliance
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
