In this supervisory role, you will oversee the development of the CFIA recognized HACCP program and manage quality functions within our Belleville plant. Your direct experience in food manufacturing and HACCP certifications will be essential as you conduct internal audits and compliance training. Collaborating with various teams, you will support regulatory audits and ensure adherence to food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HACCP and quality management programs

• Oversee and coordinate internal quality audits

• Conduct necessary training for compliance and food safety

• Support product specifications and initiatives

• Manage documentation compliance for quality records

Requirements:

• Experience in food manufacturing with HACCP certifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related fields preferred

• Fluent in English, both written and oral
