Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager Role with Atikameksheng Anishnawbek
Location: Garson

Become the Quality Manager for Atikameksheng Anishnawbek in Naughton, ON, and enhance operational excellence through quality management. Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across departments.

This 18-month contract position plays a vital role in developing and implementing the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001. You will leverage your experience in quality management to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance throughout the organization. This role is essential for maintaining Debendaagziwaad satisfaction and excellence in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance the Quality Management System for ISO compliance

• Oversee quality monitoring and planning across departments

• Evaluate compliance through internal audits and assessments

• Keep quality documentation up to date

• Prepare quality performance reports for executive review

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma related to Quality Management or Business

• At least 3–5 years of relevant quality management experience

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 systems

• Skills in process optimization and operational coordination

• Ability to conduct assessments and maintain quality documentation
