Quality Assurance Executive

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Analyze inspection data and generate reports on quality metrics and product defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust processes as necessary.
• Ensure the availability of required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.
• Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and providing technical guidance.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the personal care or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
