Drive high standards in aircraft quality with FLTREADCEN EAST as a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist. Shape inspection plans and ensure quality assurance across aircraft components and engines.
In this pivotal role within the MRO Engineering Department, you will lead the development of comprehensive inspection plans and communicate essential quality principles across the Quality Control Inspection Division. Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to establish Quality Characteristics (QCs), elevating product reliability and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop inspection plans for aircraft and components
• Communicate quality program procedures effectively
• Assist teams in establishing Quality Characteristics
• Review maintenance plans for critical quality data
• Conduct quality audits and investigations
Requirements:
• Experience in Quality Assurance within aviation
• Strong knowledge of inspection methodologies
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and standards
• Proven track record in quality audits
• Leadership skills in cross-functional teams
