• Develop new client relationships

• Cold calling
• Community involvement
• Attend real estate industry conferences
• Manage database of contacts and real estate data
• Client management
• Survey markets for availabilities
• Use online databases
• Call local listing brokers
• Prepare and review proposals
• Participate in lease/sale negotiations
• Create marketing materials
• Manage marketing process
• Track responses and follow-up with interested parties
• Develop landlord relationships
• Undergraduate degree (business major/concentration preferred)
• Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success
• California Real Estate license
