Community Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Pavilion

Take charge of daily property functions as a Community Operations Assistant Manager, directly under the Community Manager. This full-time role is vital for maintaining tenant relations and operational excellence.

In this position, you will handle administrative tasks, tenant rent collections, and compliance with affordable housing regulations. Your skills in communication and housing program knowledge will greatly benefit residents and enhance community living standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer clerical tasks including answering calls and paperwork

• Conduct orientations for new residents and manage tenant documents

• Collect rental payments and ensure accurate records

• Support maintenance staff by entering work orders

• Assist with legal matters and risk assessments as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma combined with at least 1 year in managing properties

• Knowledgeable about LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD guidelines

• Excellent customer service and organizational capabilities

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Strong confidentiality and time management skills
