This full-time position allows you to work remotely from Fairview, Grande Prairie, or Peace River. Collaborate with team members to achieve financial goals while employing digital tools and data insights to enhance Bayer's seed and crop protection offerings. Your technical expertise will guide customer understanding of Bayer’s solutions and contribute to effective team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on achieving squad P&L targets

• Adapt and prioritize tasks for continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders

• Support and train team members in agronomic practices

• Implement high-quality field research protocols

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. or Diploma with agronomic research experience

• Understanding of Bayer's product portfolio

• Effective communication with diverse audiences

• Ability to supervise field trials

• Valid driver’s license for local travel
