Reporting to the Research Scientist, you will play a vital role in the execution and management of innovative research projects. Your advanced technical skills will be essential in optimizing experiments and translating research findings for practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and enhance experiments in lab and field
• Apply specialized knowledge to resolve research challenges
• Coordinate and manage data collection and analysis
• Supervise and support technical staff across projects
• Work with greenhouse teams for trial maintenance
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in crop protection research
• Proven ability to lead technical teams
• Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
• Effective project management and organizational skills
