In this management position, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running store operations. Your experience will shine as you lead associates, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure superior service. This role also includes handling manager-on-duty tasks and addressing customer feedback quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and supervise retail associates daily

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Conduct manager-on-duty responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly

• Ensure store cleanliness and safety protocols are met

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year in retail is essential

• 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred

• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

• Flexibility in availability across shifts
