As part of our Sales and Marketing team, you will support our retail operations at Buffa Distribution, the largest volume bowling pro shop in Canada. Applicants should have significant retail experience and a good understanding of bowling products. With a dynamic atmosphere and loyal customer base, this role is perfect for someone eager to grow and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting bowling products

• Finalize sales transactions including invoicing and credit

• Ensure store is fully stocked and priced accurately

• Liaise between customers and service teams for wholesale queries

• Handle specific services such as drilling and repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 2-5 years of previous retail experience recommended

• Knowledge of bowling industry and related products is a plus

• Must be bilingual in English and French;
Italian is a plus

• Proficient with MS Office programs; experience with Sage 300 is beneficial
