In the Keyholder position, you'll interact directly with customers, helping them navigate product offerings while providing critical cannabis education. Responsibilities include daily operations, like merchandising and POS transactions, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This collaborative role promotes a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and create positive experiences

• Offer product guidance and educational support

• Support store upkeep and visual merchandising

• Handle transactions efficiently at the POS

• Restock products and verify inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and customer-first approach

• Cannabis selling certification required

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Eligible for a Criminal Record Check
