Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product and material support to contractor customers

• Manage order picking, entry, and pricing requests

• Assist sales team with customer orders and inquiries

• Tackle product-related concerns including defects and returns

• Maintain optimal stock levels at the counter

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of electrical industry experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs when required

• Willing to engage in forklift training if needed
