Location: Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)
Southern Plains Co-op is seeking a Deli/Bakery Supervisor to lead the Bakery and Deli Department at our Carlyle Food Store. You'll ensure quality, training, and food safety are prioritized.
This role requires a minimum of two years of food retail experience and a year of supervisory experience. You'll take charge of daily operations, from product preparation to staff management. Your commitment to food safety and excellence will be the cornerstone of your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations in the deli and bakery
• Prepare products according to recipes and safety protocols
• Support training and guidance for bakery/deli staff
• Oversee inventory management and proper food storage
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and quality standards
Requirements:
• Two years in a deli or bakery setting
• One year in a supervisory role necessary
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach
• Flexible and dependable in adapting to needs
