In your full-time role as a Retail Supervisor, you’ll oversee a group of sales advisors, ensuring they’re equipped to guide customers to the right tech solutions. With your experience, you will manage important store KPIs, from sales performance to inventory health, all while fostering a vibrant team culture. Your leadership is about creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach sales advisors for customer satisfaction

• Maintain key performance indicators for revenue and merchandising

• Supervise expenditures and revenue growth initiatives

• Ensure a fun and safe team atmosphere

• Offer training programs to develop team skills

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of retail leadership experience

• Proven success in driving sales goals

• Experience managing at least 15 retail associates

• Strong financial oversight skills in operations

• Minimum age of 18 or 19 to handle mobile activations
