Position: Retail Customer Service Associate Role

In this position, you will provide exceptional service and support while managing sales transactions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized store. Your cleanliness and organizational skills will help create a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering questions and offering recommendations

• Operate cash register and manage sales transactions

• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displayed correctly

• Clean and maintain the store, including restrooms

• Help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred

• Capacity to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
