Sales-Focused Retail Support Executive

Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

Take on the role of Retail Support Executive in Whistler, BC, from June to August. Be the link between sales strategies and in-store execution with a focus on customer engagement.

As a skilled sales professional, you will lead product demonstrations and drive customer acquisition while ensuring strong territory optimization. This position requires building rapport with retail staff and empowering peers through mentorship. You will impact customer experiences positively and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs

• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations

• Support Sales Brand Ambassadors in their development

• Manage a designated territory with effective execution

• Report accurately on sales activities and trends

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years in sales or retail settings

• Proven ability to meet sales benchmarks

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
