As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will inspire customer loyalty through exceptional service and product recommendations.

Your role involves setting up promotional displays and ensuring customers join our Loyalty program, with training and ongoing support provided by Sally Beauty. We celebrate inclusivity and self-expression in our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting customer relationships and promote loyalty

• Recommend additional products to enhance the shopping experience

• Inform customers about current promotions and events

• Set up displays and arrange merchandise for promotions

• Complete transactions accurately and maintain store environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally use a ladder

• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur
