In this pivotal role at our convenience store, you will oversee daily operations, manage team responsibilities, and strategize to improve sales performance. A successful Retail Sales Manager will determine merchandise for sale, implement pricing policies, and handle customer concerns promptly. Your leadership will ensure a comfortable shopping environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, evaluate, and manage daily store functions

• Lead staff recruitment and performance reviews

• Develop marketing strategies that drive store traffic

• Control merchandise procurement and pricing policies

• Address customer requests and resolve complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate necessary

• 7 months to less than a year of related experience

• Experience supervising 5-10 team members

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Excellent problem-solving abilities required
