This summer, Swan Valley Co-op is looking for a dynamic Hardware Sales Clerk to assist in our HABS location. You will deliver exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. Responsibilities also include stock management and supporting inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to assist with hardware queries

• Efficiently operate the cash register for transactions

• Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays

• Assist with paint mixing and product recommendations

• Participate in inventory checks and product ordering

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs

• Availability for flexible work shifts including weekends

• Although not mandatory, lumber or hardware knowledge is a plus

• Honest and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset
