Position: Floral Shop Designer with Experience

This role is for those with a minimum of two years' experience in floral design. You will take customer requests, develop innovative arrangements, and ensure all products are fresh and appealing. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean workspace and assisting in the creation of wedding displays while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer floral requests and orders

• Create unique arrangements based on design trends

• Clean and prep fresh flowers for market appeal

• Maintain a tidy and inviting shop environment

• Offer suggestions for enhancing store designs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of floral design experience

• Strong product knowledge of current trends

• Excellent customer service capabilities

• Relevant floral design diploma or certificate

• Flexible for weekend and evening shifts
