Beauty Brand Specialist North America

Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

This role involves supporting various beauty brands through in-store initiatives at retailers like Sephora and ULTA. You will achieve sales goals, educate store staff, and execute engaging product demonstrations. A successful Brand Specialist must bring motivation, interpersonal skills, and a strong retail background to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales goals for specific brands

• Represent brands to boost retail sales and awareness

• Build relationships with store teams across territories

• Train staff on brand knowledge and product features

• Execute interactive demonstrations to engage customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of beauty retail experience

• Strong knowledge of the in-store retail environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence

• Availability to work weekends and travel within assigned territory

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
