Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and compliance

• Lead truck execution and timely unloading of merchandise

• Own workload planning and align execution with business needs

• Ensure effective planogram set execution and merchandise presentation

• Manage the overall inventory control process

Requirements:

• 3+ years retail leadership experience required

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Experience in managing team training and development

• Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of inventory management practices
