Excel in customer service as a Retail Merchandiser for Bloomstar by maintaining store displays and inventory. This role involves effective product merchandising and ensuring store standards are met every day.

Bloomstar is seeking a diligent Retail Merchandiser to enhance product presentation and organization. You will be responsible for merchandising products, managing freshness rotation, and maintaining tidy stockrooms. Adopting the company's merchandising systems, you will follow policy procedures while striving to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise shelves, racks, coolers, and displays with Bloomstar products

• Keep back-room stock organized and clean at all times

• Safely perform assigned duties efficiently

• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly

• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred

• Strong customer service focus

• Ability to carry out tasks safely and productively

• Familiarity with stockroom organization standards

• Willingness to comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
