Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise retail workers and coordinate team tasks

• Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality

• Organize store inventory for efficient operations

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as they arise

• Keep merchandise stocked and maintain presentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma (secondary education)

• 1 to 2 years of retail experience

• Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills

• Cultural awareness pertinent to the community

• Must be willing to work at the store location
