Key Responsibilities:
• Clean meats for processing and preparation
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard meat cuts
• Package and wrap meats for sale
• Weigh meats accurately for customers
• Grind meats as needed for various products
Requirements:
• Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of butchery experience
• Strong meat processing skills
• Ability to work on-site with no remote options
• French language proficiency preferred
