Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale

• Cut, trim, and wrap both standard and custom meat products

• Sell meats and provide assistance to customers

• Prepare special meats and sausages as ordered

• Handle and package poultry, ensuring quality

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant butcher shop experience

• Registered Apprenticeship certificate in meat cutting

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks

• Competence in using meat preparation machinery

• Strong verbal communication skills with customers
