In this pivotal role, you will assess guests to provide custom-fit ski boots, modifications, and alignments. With at least three years of ski retail experience and a minimum of one year dedicated to boot fitting, you are well-prepared to deliver tailored fittings that ensure comfort and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and communicate guest boot fitting needs

• Modify boots using specialized fitting tools

• Guide and train team members in boot fitting processes

• Adhere to health and safety compliance standards

• Assist in displaying and promoting retail products

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ski retail

• At least 1 year of boot fitting experience

• Knowledge of ski boot technology and modifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
