Become a key leader in customer experience as the Assistant Store Manager s role prioritizes pet safety and high-quality service in a collaborative environment.

In this position, you will lead efforts to enhance the associate experience, provide exceptional service to pet parents, and oversee store activities. You will have shared responsibility for operational success, focusing on team engagement and development while managing compliance and store standards. Customer feedback will drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support store associates for growth

• Ensure compliance with all company policies

• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns

• Lead the execution of successful store marketing activities

• Perform service walks to ensure store quality

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or leadership experience

• Ability to manage flexible schedules

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Confidence in decision-making under pressure
