Position: Head Cashier for Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Process fast and accurate checkout and return transactions

• Maintain and monitor the self-checkout area efficiently

• Coach and train new cashiers for optimal performance

• Provide first level escalation for customer service issues

• Ensure all policies are followed to minimize shrink

Requirements:

• 1+ years of cashier experience preferred

• Strong focus on customer service and sales opportunities

• Ability to supervise and mentor other cashiers

• Proactive approach to product knowledge

• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
