You will drive exceptional service, train team members, and manage daily operations while adhering to financial and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere that promotes sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to a multimillion-dollar business unit

• Train and develop team members for success

• Oversee customer transactions on the POS system

• Ensure store merchandising and pricing guidelines are met

• Participate in routine store maintenance and cleaning

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Pro Serve/Serving It Right Certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
