Community Postmaster

Lead Canada Post’s Willowbrook post office through retail service, postal sales, and community relationships in a permanent full-time position. Supervise staff while maintaining customer-focused operations across multiple priorities.

As Postmaster, you will report to the Superintendent or Local Area Manager and represent Canada Post within the community service area. The position involves promoting postal products, managing revenue and assets, maintaining records, and supporting mail delivery. English is essential, with 25 working hours.

• Liaise with the local community about Canada Post services
• Sell and promote postal products to public and businesses
• Administer operations for retail hours and delivery expectations
• Manage postal revenue, assets, and values
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports

• High School Diploma or provincial equivalency
• Business administration experience may be considered
• Retail or service experience involving sales and cash transactions
• Suitable central, barrier-free premises available before hiring
• Ability to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds
