OVERVIEW
At Stubbe’s, we don’t just work with concrete — we build with people, ideas, and purpose. For more than 40 years, our family-owned company has been a trusted name in precast, ready-mix, and cement across Ontario. Our success comes from challenging the status quo, staying true to our values, and investing in great people.
As an Agriculture Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing our business in the agriculture and construction industries. You’ll look for new opportunities, connect with potential clients, and turn those connections into long-term partnerships. The right person for this role is proactive, motivated, and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions — all while representing Stubbe’s with professionalism and pride.
Having grown up or worked on a farm — or being part of a farming family — is a strong asset. It helps you truly understand our customers’ needs, speak their language, and build genuine relationships within the agricultural community.

At least 5 years of experience selling to other businesses, ideally in the farming or construction industries.A track record of finding new customers, making cold calls, and successfully closing deals.Great communication skills — you know how to talk, listen, present, and negotiate effectively.Strong organization and time management — you can juggle tasks and stay on top of deadlines.Self-driven and goal-oriented — you like to win and push yourself to do better.Comfortable using sales software (like CRMs) and Microsoft Office programs.Willing to travel regularly for work — with some overnight trips when needed. Background in farming is a strong asset — whether you grew up on a farm, worked on one, or have close family ties to agriculture, that hands-on understanding helps you connect with our customers and their operations.HOW TO APPLY
