You will report to the CEO and be instrumental in developing sales goals and executing plans that advance Kawartha Dairy’s national reach in Grocery and Food service markets. Your leadership will focus on managing sales operations, including CRM systems, forecasting, and direct engagement with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the company’s sales vision and strategy

• Direct sales operations and budget management

• Engage with strategic partners and key accounts

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

• Support the sales team in field activities

Requirements:

• 15–20 years in progressive sales roles in Food/CPG

• Strong Key Account and Field Sales background

• Food service experience highly desirable

• Proven ability in brand building over volume chasing

• Availability to travel within Ontario and Western Canada
