Signode is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their EMEA team. You will manage a portfolio of customers, convert inbound leads, and support contract renewals while driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives. This role requires proactive engagement and excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios

• Convert leads and follow up on sales opportunities

• Prepare quotations and relevant sales documentation

• Support pricing strategies and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity pipelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service

• Experience in B2B industrial sales preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English, Swedish, and Finnish
