Sales Specialist in Hospitality Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize catering and banquet sales through client focus

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

• Oversee event planning, execution, and follow-up processes

• Track and report sales activities to meet revenue goals

• Support safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Educational background in Event Management or Hospitality

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in event services

• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification is a must

• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities

• Comfortable with flexible work hours including weekends
