Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong client connections and understand their needs

• Identify new growth opportunities and expand the client base

• Collaborate with clients on role requirements and ideal candidates

• Work with internal teams to assess and present quality candidates

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities via CRM

Requirements:

• 3–7 years in recruitment or B2B sales roles

• Strong CRM system and Microsoft Office knowledge

• Proven consultative sales and relationship-building abilities

• High professionalism and excellent communication skills

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields advantageous
