Residential Sales Specialist

Location: South Leeds and Grenville United Counties (Prescott)

We’re looking for a salesperson who knows how to talk to people, not just talk minators is growing, and we’re looking for an awesome residential sales person to join our team.
And here’s the exciting part:
We already have 200+ leads.
We’re not looking for someone to start from scratch and spend their first few months wondering where their next opportunity is coming from.
The leads are there. The demand is there. We need the right person to turn those opportunities into sales.
Aluminators is a local exterior home-services company serving Eastern Ontario. We care about doing great work, treating people properly, and building a company where our customers and our team actually feel valued.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Naturally confident and comfortable talking to homeowners
Competitive and motivated by winning
Friendly, personable and easy to trust
Comfortable asking for the sale
Self-motivated and able to manage their own schedule
Great at following up
Comfortable working independently
Not afraid of rejection
Professional without being stiff or “salesy”
Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people

What you’ll be doing   You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their exterior home-service needs, educate them on their options and help them make the right decision for their home.
Our services include exterior cleaning, roof rejuvenation and other home-maintenance services.
You do not need to be a roofing or exterior-services expert. We can teach you the products, services and process.
What we can’t teach is personality, drive, work ethic and the ability to connect with people.

This is not a desk job.
You’ll be out meeting homeowners, looking at properties, building relationships and closing business.
