Advanced automotive parts sales expertise drives DIY problem resolution, parts sourcing, and customer service in this retail position. Apply diagnostic knowledge daily.
This advanced sales position supports DIY customers through automotive system knowledge, parts expertise, and GAS3 selling. You will resolve issues, recommend solutions, and assist projects for walk-in, online, and phone customers. Store operations, inventory processes, and maintenance knowledge support daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve advanced automotive problems for DIY customers
- Provide GAS3 selling across customer ordering channels
- Achieve personal and store sales objectives
- Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper services
- Complete key holder opening, closing, and safety duties
- Three to five years automotive parts experience
- Advanced automotive systems and diagnostic knowledge
- ASE P2 certification or equivalent readiness
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work varied days, evenings, weekends, holidays
Use automotive diagnostics, parts sourcing, and advanced selling skills to deliver effective DIY customer solutions and service.
