Loss Prevention Officer in Retail

We're looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail loss prevention. You'll be tasked with ensuring compliance, producing reports, and monitoring activities within the store environment. Excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to interact positively with both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deter and detect theft and shoplifting incidents

• Monitor establishment activities to uphold safety standards

• Create detailed reports on theft incidents

• Enforce regulations and resolve customer conflicts

• Attend court as a witness when necessary

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail loss prevention

• Valid Class 5/5F/G driver’s license required

• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications

• Pass a criminal record check

• Must have access to personal transportation
