As an Asset Protection Representative, you'll be at the frontline of retail security, responsible for preventing loss and protecting people and property. This role requires a valid Provincial Security Guard License, along with experience in law enforcement collaboration, investigations, and compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prevent theft and fraud through professional presence

• Safely detain offenders while adhering to legal procedures

• Conduct detailed investigations and analyze evidence

• Collaborate with store leadership to reduce shrink

• Ensure adherence to company security standards

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License

• Knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada and related legislation

• Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in high-volume retail environments preferred
