Reporting to the Regional Asset Protection Manager, you will oversee the asset protection function at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. Focus on compliance with regulations regarding firearms, conduct store audits, and lead criminal investigations to mitigate loss. Your experience in identifying operational gaps is crucial for enhancing profitability through risk reduction and employee education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead asset protection functions to enhance profitability

• Conduct audits to measure asset protection programming

• Ensure compliance with regulations on firearms and explosives

• Manage and investigate theft and fraud cases

• Partner with inventory control to minimize losses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology or business administration preferred

• 2-4 years of retail asset protection experience

• Eligible for Firearm Possession and Acquisition License

• Security Guard License eligibility required

• Experience with security systems like CCTV
