Position: Full-Time Health Care Security Officer
Location: Northwestern Alberta (High Level)

Secure personnel and property as a Full-Time Health Care Security Officer with Paladin Security. Utilize strong communication and decision-making skills while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

As a vital member of Paladin Security, you will apply your skills to monitor environments, conduct patrols, and respond to emergencies effectively. This role requires maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service while managing various shifts, including overnight hours. Your proactive approach will enhance the safety and security within the health care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Safety and Emergency Procedures

• Patrol assigned areas to maintain security

• Conduct traffic and pedestrian control at access points

• Report irregularities and safety hazards proactively

• Utilize two-way radio and computer applications

Requirements:

• Alberta Security License eligibility

• Valid class 5 license and own vehicle

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

• Capacity to walk 18-20 km and operate under pressure
