Your expertise in access control, CCTV, and problem resolution will ensure the safety and efficiency of operations. Engage in technical support, manage access requests, and maintain documentation while acting as a liaison with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security system operation and support requests

• Troubleshoot minor operational security issues

• Maintain inventory of access requests and security mapping

• Produce reports and retrieve CCTV footage as needed

• Process key credentialing and manage expenditure records

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Security Certificate or facility services certification

• Two years of experience in the security industry
